Qualifications: Completion of High School Required. Completion of Post secondary Diploma or Degree program preferred. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field is ideal.

Duties: PlanetCom Inc’s Computer Service Technicians are dynamic, highly organized, fast thinking and professional team players with great customer service skills. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: assessing and diagnosing problems with computer hardware/software, ability to work with iPhones and MAC OS, assembling and repairing PC’s and servers, virus removal and software upgrades and operating PlanetCom’s in house helpdesk.

Experience with HTM L and graphics would be an asset.
