Director of Technical Operations - Brings 16 years of IT experience to the team. With extensive knowledge in hardware, LAN/WAN networking, and software configuration and security, an expert at systems troubleshooting. Additionally manages the day to day operations of PlanetCom.

Senior On-Site Technician - Possesses an extensive background in programming, system troubleshooting and upgrades. Bringing to PlanetCom a wealth of experience working with a large I.T. firm for several years.

Intermediate On-Site Technician - Brings an abundance of experience from working in the computer department with the local public school system. Knowledgeable with all things Microsoft.

Shop Technician - In house IT Technician and assists with the Helpdesk. Assembles workstations and provides backup for the on-site technicians.

Admin and Graphics Support - Assists with Web design, 2D/3D Digital Video, hardware and software research, and data processing.

Accountant - Performing a broad range of accounting, tax, admin, and consulting activities.
