Help desk call-in support during business hours (8:30am – 5 pm) Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Limited support between December 24th and January 2nd.

You will be given a designated technical leader who will be your primary point of contact at our office. They will be the most familiar with your technology needs and direction and will therefor be able to provide customized and consistent service.
